Refund Policy

Introduction

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made on Ozil Goal AI. By purchasing a credit pack, you agree to the terms set forth in this policy.

Non-Refundable Purchases

All credit packs are one-time purchases. Credits are added to your account immediately after payment and never expire. All credit pack purchases are final and non-refundable.

Legal Requirements

In jurisdictions where local laws provide additional consumer protection or mandatory refund rights, those laws will take precedence over this policy.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or business practices. The updated policy will be effective immediately upon posting.
